Choose a TV show and give two characters a "gender swap" (make a male into a female/trans/non-binary, and make a female into a male/trans/non-binary. Discuss what effect this has on our reading of the character and the show overall. Note that this is a gender swap, not a change in sexual orientation, though you can discuss both if you choose.

The TV show I'd like to choose is "That's 70's Show", specifically Jackie, and Kelso. 

           

First lest dive in to the potential gender swap and have Kelso turning into a female gender. I believe the effect it would have on the show it self would be looked at Kelso being looked as a slut and slut shaming their character just because Kelso has this personality of having more than one girlfriend or thinking its okay to cheat when being in a relationship. Kelso serves to be a character of fun, wit, and idiocy. 

The second character and gender swap Id like to shed light on is Jackie Heart from "That's 70 Show".Jackie plays the role of the princess only child that always gets what she wants.

             

However if we were to gender swap her as a person we would see this character being conceded, potentially known as a "dick" or maybe even viewed as being too sensitive and flamboyant. Jackie plays the role of being very sensitive just because she's a girl. If a guy were to display those emotions then they of course would be viewed as gay or just too soft and one that people can prank and make fun of more.
